Integrity. Expertise. Precision.

Poland-U.S. Operations (PLUS Ops) was established in 2015 in response to the overwhelming demand for support to international industry pursing opportunities associated with Poland’s defense modernization program. Supporting various projects to include C-130 maintenance, communications, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and others, we quickly recognized that local Polish industry had much to offer both regional and global partners, but very little experience operating outside of Poland. Capitalizing on this drive and working closely with local suppliers, PLUS Ops quickly became the #1 Polish prime contractor to the United States Department of Defense (2016), and later, the #1 Polish supplier to the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) (2018).

PLUS Ops is partnered with Pol-Mare, a leading Polish freight forwarder and key regional service provider to government and industry. http://pol-mare.pl/en/.

In 2019, we expanded our portfolio to include the FMS PLUS program, offering consulting and management services to government and industry for FMS case optimization and execution.
